Griffin Waste is amazing. I had a last minute request for a dumpster at 7:15 am and they had the dumpster dropped off by 9 am! Great customer service, drivers and just all around great people. Lowest price I found, 10/10 would recommend Griffin.

I am leaving a 4-star review because, despite the issues, the customer service was responsive and resolved the problem promptly. On Monday, 07-28-2025, I requested a portajon delivery and opted to pay cash upon delivery. I explicitly asked not to have my card charged. The portajon was delivered on Tuesday, 07-29-2025, and I paid the technician in cash. Today, 07-31-2025, I noticed my card was charged as well. I contacted Billing, who were very nice and issued a refund. They will also follow up with the technician regarding the cash payment. I recommend Griffin Waste provide on-site receipts for cash payments to avoid such issues. I will not pay cash to technicians unless a receipt is provided, or I will seek another company.

Who would have thought I’d be eager to review a dumpster company! But these guys just go above and beyond. Always so friendly and personable. A true small business feel in the old fashioned sense. The last man that came out here was clearly very happy with his job and so kind! And if I could give Randy a whole separate 5 star review and a big fat raise for the way he helped this morning, I would in a heartbeat.

So, all I can say is that I'm a veteran of 100s of porta potty uses in every circumstance from marathons to SEC tailgates to weddings to steeplechases. These were hands down the cleanest and best maintained I've ever seen. Hats off to Griffin.

I spoke with Lauren over the phone to set up delivery and pick up of a dumpster at my place in Candler. She made the process quick and simple. Jeff delivered my dumpster without a issue even though the gravel driveway is steep and washed out in a few places. I'll be using them again!
